Our apartment is not a typical holiday flat. When we do not rent it, we inhabit it ourselves. And we live with pleasure in it and love it. And because we use it ourselves, it is equipped with all what ones need. I even do not talk about the washing machine and the several LCD TV`s, the hot water in bath and kitchen or the dish washer. I also mean many little things which a traveller misses so often: fine dishes and good pots, for example, reasonable frying pans, juicers, toasters or even a good coffee machine. I have travelled 25 years myself and know the badly equipped flatlets from own experience and would not like to provide the same to our guests.

Todos nuestros apartamentos son exclusivos, cuando no están alquilados son habitados por nosotros mismos y cuidados minuciosamente, están equipados para suplir sus necesidades y brindarles la mejor comodidad, cuentan con lavadora, TV, calentador de agua, baño y en la cocina dispone de lava vajillas, toallas, ollas, sartén licuadora barmans y cafetera. 25 Años de viajes alrededor del mundo me han mostrado las necesidades de los huéspedes en los apartamentos, por eso nosotros le ofrecemos todo lo mejor. 

Tutti i nostri appartamenti sono esclusivi, quando non sono affittati sono abitati da noi stessi ed attenzioni minuziosamente, sono equipaggiati per supplire le sue necessità ed offrirloro la migliore comodità, contano su lavatrice, TV, scaldabagno di acqua, bagno e nella cucina dispone di lava stoviglie, asciugamani, pentole, padella frullatore barmans e caffettiera. 25 anni di viaggi attorno al mondo mi hanno mostrato le necessità degli ospiti negli appartamenti, per quel motivo noi gli offriamo tutta la cosa migliore.

Unser Apartment ist kein typisches Ferienapartment. Wenn wir es nicht vermieten, bewohnen wir es selbst. Und wir wohnen gern darin und lieben unser Apartment. Und deshalb ist es mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum Leben braucht. Dabei rede ich nicht einmal von der Waschmaschine und den Fernsehgeräten, dem warmen Wasser oder der Spülmaschine. Ich meine auch die vielen Kleinigkeiten, die man als Reisender oft vermisst: gutes Geschirr und ausreichend Töpfe, vernünftige Pfannen, Entsafter, Mixer, Toaster oder auch nur eine Kaffemaschine. Ich bin 25 Jahre selbst gereist und kenne die schlecht ausgestatteten Apartments aus eigener Erfahrung und möchte dies unseren Gästen nicht zumuten.

We would not like to rent it to everybody - and not all year round. Although the apartment offers of a double bed in the bedroom, two double bed-settees in the living room and a double bed-settee in the drawing room - therefore sleeping places for 8 persons, we would prefer a maximum allocation with 6 people - best of course a couple which can provide themselves a luxurious vacation or a family with children. But because we know that some pairs like to divide costs we have no objection against such "an economic" allocation. In spite of the sufficient sleeping possibilities this is an apartment for 6 people.

Nuestros apartamentos son amplios cómodos y lujosos, espacio suficiente para dormir 8 personas, cuentan con una cama doble en el dormitorio, 2 sofá cama dobles y un sofá cama doble en el salón. Pues preferimos grupos de 6 personas como parejas, familias con niños que quieran regalarse y disfrutar de unas vacaciones inolvidables. Apartamentos que toman en cuenta la situación económica actual. Esto es un apartamento para 6 personas.

I nostri appartamenti sono ampi comodi e lussuosi, spazio sufficienza per dormire 8 persone, contano su un letto doppio nella camera da letto, 2 divano letto doppi ed un divano letto doppio nel salone. Gruppi di 6 persone come uguali, famiglie con bambini che vogliano regalarsi e godere di alcune ferie indimenticabili. Appartamenti che prendono in considerazione la situazione economica attuale. Solo per 6 persone.

Wir möchten es auch nicht an jeden vermieten - und auch nicht das ganze Jahr über. Obwohl das Apartment über ein Doppelbett im Schlafzimmer, zwei Doppelbett-Couchen im Wohn- und eine weitere im Salon verfügt und somit Platz für 8 Schlafende bietet, wäre uns eine maximale Belegung mit 6 Personen lieber - am liebsten natürlich ein Paar, das sich einen luxuriösen Urlaub gönnen kann oder eine Familie mit Kinder. Aber da wir wissen, dass sich manche Paare, die Kosten gern teilen, haben wir auch gegen eine solche "ökonomische" Belegung nichts einzuwenden. Trotz der ausreichenden Schlafmöglichkeiten ist dies ein Apartment für 6 Personen.

Natürlich möchten wir auch, dass jeder Gast unser Apartment komplett und so vorfindet, wie wir es übergeben möchten. Deshalb wollen wir nur an Leute mit Kultur vermieten, die zu Hause ähnlich wohnen und wissen, wie man mit den Elektrogeräten umgeht. Auch sollten sie bei sich zuhause bereits Handtücher, Geschirr und Bettwäsche haben, so dass sie die von uns zur Verfügung gestellten nicht mitnehmen müssen. Das Apartment ist voll mit Elektro- und Klimageräten. Jeder Raum hat eine Minisplitanlage und das Wohnzimmer sogar eine zentrale Klimanlage. Nutzen Sie alles so oft und so lange Sie wollen - wir bezahlen den Strom. Aber schließen Sie bitte Türen und Fenster, wie Sie es auch bei sich zuhause tun würden. Sie werden es mit unseren Geräten nicht schaffen, die Außentemperatur auch nur um ein einziges Grad zu kühlen. Danke.

Of course we would want that every guest finds our apartment complete with everything. Therefore, we want to rent only to people with culture who live at home similarly and know how one handles the electrical appliances. Also they should have in their home towels, dishes and bedclothes, so they must not take with them those we provide. The apartment is full equipped with electrical appliances and air conditioners. Every room has a minisplit air conditioner and the living room even a central air conditioner. Use everything as often and as long you want - we pay the power. However, you please close doors and windows when you use it - as you would do in your home. You never will be in the position to decrease the outside temperature for a single degree. Thank you.

Los apartamentos son entregados en perfectas condiciones, es responsabilidad del huésped mantenerlos y entregarlos en el mismo estado, es importante conocer el manejo de los utensilios eléctricos de la casa y demostrar nuestra cultura cuando habitemos el apartamento. Nuestros huéspedes deben contar con toallas y ropa de cama. Todos nuestros espacios tienen mini Split y un aire central, utilícelos solo el tiempo necesario, por favor no olvide cerrar puertas y ventanas antes de salir.

Gli appartamenti sono dediti in perfette condizioni, è responsabilità dell'ospite mantenerli e consegnarli nello stesso stato, è importante conoscere il maneggio degli utensili elettrici della casa e dimostrare la nostra cultura quando abitiamo l'appartamento. I nostri ospiti devono contare su asciugamani e vestiti di letto. Tutti i nostri spazi hanno mini Split ed un'aria centrale, li utilizzi suolo il tempo necessario, per favore non dimentichi chiudere porte e finestre prima di uscire.

Behind the kitchen and in opposite of the washing machine is a third, simple toilet without shower. This room is closed. He hides no secrets only our personal things which we leave in the flat, while we rent it. Because we do not use this toilet by ourselves and know that it is of no need, here it is not introduced and does not belong to the rent object and should be understood as not rented.

Detrás de la cocina en frente de la lavadora hay un baño sin duchas, este espacio está cerrado, ahí se hayan nuestras objetos del apartamentos que se utilizan cuando el apartamento no está alquilado (no tesoros o milagros), este sitio no está disponible para los huéspedes.

Dietro la cucina di fronte della lavatrice è un bagno senza pratico, questo spazio è chiuso, ci siano lì oggetti degli appartamenti che si usano quando l'appartamento non è affittato (tesori o miracoli), questo posto non è disponibile per gli ospiti.

Hinter der Küche und gegenüber der Waschmaschine gibt es eine dritte, einfache Toilette ohne Dusche. Dieser Raum ist verschlossen. Er birgt keinerlei Geheimnisse sondern nur unsere persönlichen Sachen, die wir im Apartment zurück lassen, während wir es vermieten. Da wir diese Toilette nicht benutzen und wissen, dass sie normalerweise nicht gebraucht wird, wird sie hier nicht vorgestellt und gehört auch nicht zum Mietobjekt und sollte als nicht gemietet verstanden werden.
